How it works
Kickoff (up to 90 minutes) — We align on your brand, priorities, and workflow. If you’ve completed Brand Foundation or Brand Advisory with me, we’ll build on that work. If you’re new, we’ll use this session to align on your brand and goals.
Your kanban board — You get your own board where you can add briefs, ideas, questions, or just a rough direction. Reorder the queue — tasks at the top get done first. Not sure what to request? I’ll set up the board and walk you through it. You stay in control, but you’re never on your own.
One at a time, delivered fast — I work through your queue sequentially, one task at a time. Most tasks are delivered within 72 hours. Larger or more complex drafts may take longer. Each revision counts as a new task, so you always know what’s in progress.
Monthly strategy call (45 minutes) — Scheduled check-in to review progress, adjust direction, and plan ahead. Prefer to work fully async? Everything is set up to work asynchronously. Book additional calls anytime if you need them.
Post-call follow-up — Summary document, infographic, or explainer video after each strategy call

FAQ
How is this different from Brand Advisory? With Brand Advisory, I guide while you execute. With Storytelling Production, I execute for you — producing the actual material while you focus on your business.
Do I need to complete the Brand Foundation service first? No, but it helps. If you already have clear positioning, identity, and storytelling strategy (whether you built it with me or someone else), we can hit the ground running. If you’re not sure, a Brand Roadmap — a single diagnostic call — will tell us where you stand and what you need. If you need to build from scratch or rework your brand at a deeper level, that’s what Brand Foundation is for.
What if I don’t need production, just ongoing strategic guidance? That’s what Brand Advisory is for. I guide while you execute.
How many requests can I submit? Unlimited. Add as many tasks to your queue as you like. I work through them one at a time, so the only limit is time.
How fast is delivery? Most tasks are completed within 72 hours. Larger or more complex requests may take longer. Each revision counts as a new task, so you always know what’s in progress.
What if I need something urgent? You can add tasks to the portal, send an email, or schedule a call at any time, 24/7. However, please allow 48 hours for me to respond and 72 hours for task delivery.
