How much time will it take?

Once your order is received, I will deliver your video with an accompanying notes document within 72 hours.

What will be in the video?

In the video, I'll show and explain the issues on your site and offer solutions, speaking as if I'm a first-time visitor who is your ideal customer. The main points are usually covered in less than 10 minutes, but I aim for clarity and detail, so it might be slightly longer. Typically, a 15-minute video works best, as anything over 20 minutes can be too much.

What will be in the notes?

The purpose of the notes is so that you can watch the video without having to keep stopping and writing things down. It will include all details covered, including links to any resources you might find useful.

Is my store suitable for an audit?

I have experience reviewing ecommerce stores at all stages, including pre-launch, post-launch, and long-established stores.

What data sources will you analyze?

Rather than looking at your site's various data, stats, or analytics, I'll review it from a qualitative and subjective perspective. The focus will be the user experience from the perspective of a first-time visitor.

Can you also critique our social media and blog content?

Yes, this is included in the package. If there is anything in particular that you would like me to focus on, you can let me know when you order.

Can I change my order or get a refund?

No. All purchases are final, and no refunds will be provided. This is because I will be spending considerable time researching your site, creating the walk-through video, and compiling the notes.
