Refunds & Replacements Policy

Please review the following conditions carefully before purchasing any products or services.

I strive to provide customers with the best possible service and products. However, I understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please carefully review the following information regarding my policy on refunds and replacements.

Digital Products

  1. Refunds are available for digital products only if the purchase has not been downloaded.

  2. Once a digital purchase download has been initiated, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Physical Products

  1. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed, as the production process begins instantly to avoid waste and shipping delays.

  2. Refunds, exchanges, or replacements are not possible for items ordered incorrectly. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

  3. If you receive the wrong item, submit a request to me within 14 business days of receiving your order and a photo of the incorrect item to initiate a replacement or refund.

  4. If your package has not arrived within the estimated shipping time plus 15 business days for possible delays, or if there has been no update on the tracking info for more than 15 days, please contact me. I will re-ship a replacement free of charge if I cannot trace the package.

  5. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, I will replace it free of charge. Submit a request for a return, including a photo of the damaged item and a brief description of the issue. Damage to packaging alone does not qualify for replacement.

  6. Refunds or store credit will not be issued for price differences due to demand trends, currency fluctuations, or promotional discounts.

  7. Additional customs and tax fees may apply to international orders, as assessed by your local customs office. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

  8. I ship worldwide. Most orders are processed within three business days, with shipping time dependent on your location. Allow up to 15 business days for unexpected delays.

  9. If an item is missing from your order, please contact me. You may receive multiple packages due to my print-on-demand partner's use of different fulfillment centers.

Services

  • Due to the high-quality nature of the work, refunds will not be issued if you are dissatisfied with the service.

  • Service subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time.
