商品の引渡時期

  • Brand Diagnostic： ご注文後10営業日以内。
  • Brand Partnership： サブスクリプション開始日より継続。以下を含みます：
    • 90分キックオフコールおよび週1回の60分ストラテジーコール
    • クライアントポータル経由の非同期アクセス〈48時間以内の応答〉
    • 継続的なストーリーテリング制作
    • ブランド基盤承認後のウェブサイト・ソーシャルプロフィールへの実装
  • 有料ニュースレター（Bronze・Silver・Gold）： 購読開始後即時アクセス。
  • Silver・Goldストラテジーコール： 毎月（Silver）または毎週（Gold）予約制。録画（お客様の許可を得た上で）とアクションプランは各コール後3営業日以内にまとめてお届けします。

上記のコンサルティングサービスの納期は、お客様がインテークフォームを提出し、必要な情報をご提供いただいた時点から起算します。お客様のご対応に遅れが生じた場合、納期が延長される場合があります。

返品・交換・キャンセルについて

  • 単発サービス（Brand Diagnostic）： 作業開始前であれば、ご購入後48時間以内に全額返金によるキャンセルが可能です。作業開始後の返金はいたしかねます。
  • サブスクリプションサービス（Brand Partnership）： [email protected]へのメールでいつでもキャンセルまたは一時停止が可能です。1営業日以内に対応いたします。キャンセルは現在の請求期間の終了時に有効となります。日割り返金はいたしかねます。月次の成果にご満足いただけない場合は、次回請求日前に[email protected]までご連絡ください。作業のやり直しまたは当月分の返金にて対応いたします。
  • ニュースレター購読： Ghostのアカウント設定からいつでもキャンセル可能です。キャンセルは現在の請求期間の終了時に有効となります。日割り返金はいたしかねます。

Additional fees

None. Applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed at checkout. Internet connection fees and device costs are borne by the customer.

Payment methods

  • Brand strategy services: Credit card (via Stripe), PayPal, Wise, and other methods supported through AgencyHandy.com and Stripe.
  • Newsletter and digital content: Stripe, via Ghost CMS (hosted by Magic Pages).

Payment timing

  • One-time services (Brand Diagnostic): Payment due at time of order.
  • Subscription services (Brand Partnership): Charged monthly on the billing date.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: Charged at signup, then on each renewal date.

Delivery timeline

  • Brand Diagnostic: Within 10 business days of order.
  • Brand Partnership: Ongoing from subscription start date. Includes:
    • 90-minute kickoff call, weekly 60-minute strategy calls
    • Async access through your client portal with a 48-hour response time
    • Ongoing storytelling production
    • Website and social profile implementation once your brand foundation is approved
  • Paid newsletter (Bronze, Silver, Gold): Immediate access upon subscription.
  • Silver and Gold strategy calls: Scheduled by appointment (monthly for Silver, weekly for Gold). Recording (with your permission) and action plan delivered together within 3 business days after each call.

All consulting service timelines begin from when you've submitted your intake form and provided any required information. Delays in client input may extend delivery timelines.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • One-time services (Brand Diagnostic): Cancellation with full refund available within 48 hours of purchase, provided work hasn't begun. No refunds after work has begun.
  • Subscription services (Brand Partnership): Cancel or pause anytime by emailing [email protected]. Requests are processed within 1 business day. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months or work already completed. If you're not satisfied with the work in any given month, email [email protected] before your next billing date. I'll revise the work or refund the month.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: Cancel anytime from your Ghost account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
